AloudRise is a premium morning routine web application designed to help users start their day actively. Our service provides a curated list of motivational quotes, daily affirmations, and personal goals that are intended to be read aloud by the user. The Service aims to improve mindset, articulation, and energy levels through active vocal participation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you. You agree that AloudRise shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

Free Trial: New users are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee.

Billing Cycle: The subscription fee of $8.99 USD will be charged to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your AloudRise subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and navigate to the Settings > Subscription portal. Follow the instructions for cancellation.

If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds for partially used billing periods.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AloudRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
